Only physically but mentally , from all distraction .

When we lose touch with our inner peace we can

Turn within to the garden of our heart , our inner

Sactuary where peace resides , Focusing on our breath

We a affirm and inhale , as we say I breath in peace , I

Breath in love , I let these statements permeate my very

Being , I test in the sactuary of peace and love ❤️ Emerging

From this sacred time , I walk in grace , I return to my tasks

Buoyed by my moments of prayer . My spirits are lifted and I

Enjoy my day with confidence .
