'Life is a game of forgetting and remembering. You are losing the game when you  forget who you are and what you are doing here, and remember the false things of the past and what they did to you.'

You lose the game of life if you forget who you truly are – a spiritual being;  non-physical; eternal; ever loving; blissful  peaceful – this is the true nature of the soul, the conscient being.

You lose the game if you forget this, and instead you focus the mind on remembering things of matter - old hurts; past insults, injuries to the ego.
