Christmas Jubilee

[Big Daddy Cash]

The Bees were
Buzzing the trees
And the ants were
building their tiny hills
The caterpillar was chewing fallen leaves
And all the bugs were as busy as you please
The spider and the dragonfly watched with glee
As all the bugs were getting ready for a party
They were all invited to the annual Christmas Jubilee
The crickets would stay in beat with the traditional band
You could hear the animals, birds, bees and bugs sing carols
And the ticks and trills and twills echoed all over the land
Betty cricket cried out come one and all we’ll have a ball
They all sang and danced together as they headed for the party
They all knew it would be a grand party, the annual Christmas Jubilee
It was Christmas eve when they all arrived
And Santa and his reindeer were in the drive.
They were at the party to giggle and jive
Santa with his rosy red cheeks
And Rudolf with his shining red nose
Joined with the others and sang
Merry Christmas to all
And to all a goodnight.
