A reminder from the Angels   this morning... That really is so simple .. And yet at the same time unbelievably profound. And so I wanted to pass it on to you! The reminder for today: Return to Love! There is much collective turmoil and chaotic energy spiraling now .. MANY are struggling, emotions are heightened, and so much is shifting and coming up to be healed, observed, and transformed. As a connected, sensitive, and spiritual being, you're likely feeling all of this! (In addition to the multitude of challenges and shifts you're facing and navigating on your own.) Breathe and allow the emotions and feelings that arise to flow. Remember you have support... Both in terms of the spiritual beings who guide you, and the other humans in your life you've aligned with on your path. And know... That you're not strange or wrong for experiencing challenging times or strong emotions. This is the "work" and these are the "lessons" of journeying through life... The key is to welcome it all into the heart of LOVE. And so along these lines I want to share with you a powerful Heart Opening Practice.
