Two Teen Suspects.
Two Wilmington teenagers are now suspects in a Target robbery that happened Monday and ended with the thieves escaping by using pepper spray on an employee, police say.
State police said 18-year-old Diamond Negron and a 17-year-old girl are wanted on robbery and conspiracy charges.
State police said the teens walked into the Target at 1050 Brandywine Parkway in the Brandywine Hundred around 7:45 p.m. and loaded shopping carts with merchandise.
They left the store without paying, state police said. An employee confronted them at the doors and the suspects used pepper spray on him to escape, state police said.
