I will have ning look in to it,

but when this happens ning ask that all
members check there css code to make sure that there is not a code in it that
makes you unable to change it after it is activated to your profile.
9 out of 10 times it is a malicious code
Some where in the css coding.:.

It is unfortunate to hear that there are issues present still.
First of all, please advise the member to clear their cache and cookies as described here: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic or use a different browser or a device,
Second, make sure that she's/he's correctly following the guide on how to set up the feature if there is one present.
Third, make sure that she's/he's using the correct link, which is http://themesbyhippy.ning.com/profiles/appearance/edit
Please keep in mind, that we are largely unable to provide assistance when it comes to matters of
Custom Coding due to the unique touch of every author of such code,
especially in such high amounts.
