PEOPLE DO CHANGE!!!!

One thing that upsets me to no end is when someone thinks they're perfect. Like they have a right to point fingers at other people's mistakes and wrong doings. One thing in particular that I see many people saying is that they think it's funny how people post Bible scriptures on here after once being a "bad person" in some way. To get a few things straight here, people don't just become "bad" from sinning. People often forget that it's the sin that is bad, not the person! You think it's funny, but I think it's awesome. I think it's absolutely amazing that someone who could have once not had their life together is now sending out comments of Bible Scriptures. You think it's funny, but who said you had it together?
I'm not trying to say I'm perfect either. I'm far from perfection and I sin daily. But that is between me and God. Just like the people you speak of, their problems are between them and God. You should be proud of them. You should be glad for these people. You should give praise to God for the change in people. It's beautiful. It's not funny!

You are so right Jazze...no one is perfect! Let me tell you a story of change...my adored adopted son ( call him that cuz I once dated his dad), anyhoo, he was a sever drug addict, did meth, speed balls, heroin, you name it...money was poison in his hands. Well, I had to stop helping him out, as he would go into rages. He has now been living at a Mission for over two years and he is 2 years clean and sober. He found his path with the Lord and is now on staff at the mission. I'm so proud of him. He is saving money and just bought an engagement ring for my best friend and thy are going to have a committment ceremony in the spring. I introduced My best friend and my son...theyhave been together or over 5 years. He is a changed man, finally at the age of 44. So,yes, people DO and an change. Again, thank you another thought provokng discussion!
