About the use of themes by all members

Hi, I just received this broadcast from Hippys Themes. There are some errors that I mark in red.

Hello to all Members of Hippys Themes,
I have receved some Comeplants that some members have been taking and Changing theme codes that are to only be used as they are posted.

If you like one of the Creators theme codes posted in Hippys Themes and would like to edit it in any way you must first have permission from that creator.

Sorry it must be this way but these are the rules of this site and they must be fallowed or you may be subjected to being (SUSPENDED) from this site .

NOW as for Hippys Themes in the Blog link, these are Hippys codes and these you may change in what ever way you see fit; these themes are to be used freely anywhere in (NING).

We do not have Drama in this site and do not wish to have any.

Any one found doing these changes will have there account DELETED from this site and there IP address will no longer be able to rejoin in any way.

No all people can speak english. My nor. If the original text have mistakes, the online translator is very difficult because the result for the translation is something very very stranger (lol).

Ahora, en cuanto a los temas en que tienen enlace en el blog de Hippy, son los códigos de Hippy y los puedes cambiar en la forma en que creas conveniente. Estos temas se pueden utilizar libremente en cualquier red Ning.

No tenemos probemas en este sitio y no deseamos tenerlos.

Cualquier miembro que encontremos que hace estos cambios, verá eliminada su cuenta en esta red y bloqueada su dirección IP, por lo ya no podrá unirse de ninguna manera.

According this, I have 3 questions:

1) If I no change the codes, but I change the images and colors... can I use the theme in my own Ning network?

2) If the creators of one theme do not give me permission to put your work in my personal network Ning ... what is the reason for stand here?

3) Can I just buy one them and use it without asking permission? Is more easy I think.

and no permission is needed!

if you Please to do so.

If you would like the Members of your Network
to also enjoy the other Creators creations you may do so
by suplying them a link to there group here @ Hippys themes
and/or to the site link they may have posted in there group
to where they store and Share all there Creations for others to Enjoy...

2) Si les créateurs d'un thème ne me donnent pas la permission de mettre votre travail dans mon réseau personnel Ning ... ce qui est la raison de rester ici? Vous pouvez mettre tout ou partie de mes thèmes Hippys créés par Hippy dans votre réseau s'il vous plaît de le faire. Si vous souhaitez que les membres de votre réseau de profiter également les autres créateurs créations vous pouvez le faire par eux suplying un lien pour y groupe ici @ thèmes Hippys et / ou sur le lien du site ils peuvent ont posté là groupe là où ils stocker et partager tout ce qu'il ya de créations pour les autres d'en profiter ...

But this is between you and the Creator you pick
to make you a payed code, HIPPYS THEMES
does not profit from this in any way,
Hippys Themes is not
Responsable for any Theme code you PAY for,
That is only between you and that Creator !

3) Puis-je acheter un et de les utiliser sans demander la permission? Est plus facile, je pense.
