JUST A REMINDER 

Throw me my slippers I’ll go on my own.

This a story of Old age parents. An old man and his two sons.

The Old man was on his death bed and there stand, his two sons talking about his father. 

Elder son: So, father is going to die. We should decide some plan for his funeral.

Younger son: Yeah, we need to book a Funeral car. But it will out of our budget.

Elder son: True, let’s take him on the bike. I’ll drive and you hold him.

Younger son: No, Don’t you know petrol prices and after the funeral, we would need to clean it up. It’s not a good idea.

Elder son: So, What do you suggest?

Younger son: Let’s take him on Cycle. It won’t cost much.

Hearing all this, The old man stands up and said “Throw me my slippers. I’ll go on my own.”

Moral of the story:

This was a story told to us in a sarcastic way. The story was seen as funny but as we grew up and see the incidents and stories on T.V. and newspapers. It was a shocking truth that our society is facing. No care for the old age parents, No love for their devotion, No bonding for the deeds done. 

We need to take a break from this fast life and look towards our old age parents once.
