Tough times what we live. From all sides we are plagued by information, desires, dreams and possibilities, but the contact with the realisation of all these works is almost always sad to put it mildly disappointing, since it seems that this beautiful world of cool stuff, happy people, wonderful places we see in movies, websites, and TV shows there, or if there isn't for us.

I feel that karma is Planetarium, people are increasingly experiencing their own challenges and shadows, and that is precisely why we need to dedicate ourselves to our spiritual path, which must be the same path of material life because if they are separate things, let's not get space to dedicate ourselves to the two.
I can say this with much property because I had a very difficult life, full of errors and limitations. It seems that nothing flowed and, of course, that because of this, I searched for answers, alternatives of happiness. And what I realized is that had to change. Because I do not want to have different results doing everything the same.
Needed change, but didn't know how, and I must admit that I also had a lot of fear of change. Fear of losing small achievements, fear of finding an empty, or something worse than already lived. Today I feel that as I was very unhappy thought the life full of mysteries complicated possibilities, and was at that time that I started to open my mind and heart to the spiritual life. I began to search for the light inside me, and it was on this occasion that found a group that was studying meditation and human values. I must say it was wonderful.

Didn't get instant miracles, some steps were quite difficult, but what matters is that the doors were opening up to an awareness, the first changes happening within me. I saw my fears, limitations, sorrows that carried since childhood, things we don't understand and felt the victim. It was necessary to embrace the shadow to get change.
And that bad hug ...
This step of awareness is often the most difficult, because no one likes to get involved in negativities. Qeremos the good side, the light, but deny the anger and negative attitudes, in refusing to change, as if we had some security in what is known. And it is at this point that, by deserving, things tend to get pretty bad. Think on behalf of God's love for us is we face life's pieces very bad. Precisely because of these low moments, of sadness, of profound unhappiness deliver points, surrender and we found humility to ask that God operates its changes in us.

Through meditation, I was realizing how much I was resistant to change, and how many fears were my heart. Gradually I was leaving the light come ...
Today understand that sometimes the universe that is beautiful, prosperous, full of light and opportunities, it is closed when we're being encouraged to change course and this is an attitude that requires a lot of courage, devotion and detachment, but the result is always positive.
Just yesterday, commented with a person who we need to stop waiting for the happy ending, we need to do today so you can be happy today, forget the pains of yesterday and following with light for tomorrow, but without high expectations, no big plans.

It is up to each one of us devote to making your life better, but we won't live to expectations.
I can't say that the path of self-knowledge is painless, and that everything will work out in your life, but I can assure you that the force that you will discover in this way never forsake you. You will find that you are this force, and this awareness will do miracles in your life.
