Thoughts have great power, they are like seeds you plant in your mind.

The more you hold onto a particular thought, the more power you invest in it. Positive thoughts give us energy and strength. Negative thoughts rob us of power and make us feel tired and strained.

We are by nature positive. Negativity is the result of faulty thinking. You can change if you want to. You can’t control other people, situation or circumstances, but you can control what is going on inside you. It takes time to change and transform those old patterns of thinking.

Be patient with yourself. It starts with a thought….. Today!

Heart of a Butterfly "...the caterpillar has the heart of a butterfly!”                                   It is true that if we know within our hearts what we want to become, then we will become that. Stress can shut down your power if you let it. Do not allow people, bills, or pressures on the job to consume your focus, energy and joy for life. Uncontrolled stress can cause you to gain weight; change your personality and create problems in your relationships; turn your hair gray overnight; make you sick, and make it difficult for you to get out of bed. Take time to become aware of the major stressors in your life and the ways you are dealing with them. Recognize the price you are paying for not taking deliberate action with regard to your spiritual, social, emotional and physical well-being. In the face of what may appear to be crippling circumstances, choose to live every part of your life. Decide to be happy, actively engaged and live from the inside out. Create centered and grounding moments in your own life as part of your spiritual life. Use what works – exercise, meditation, meaningful connections with others. Volunteer your time to make a difference in the lives of others. You are more powerful than you are currently living. Harness your power to live above the stress in your life.
