Life rewards those who are willing to keep pushing themselves regardless of what limits are presented to them.

So no matter how many times you fall and how exhausted you might feel, try to visualize a happy time and place in your life that inspires you with self soothing affirmations about not giving up; to keep going on the path that leads you where you always wanted to go.

There are many situations throughout life when you’ll feel like you’re going to surrender. Life throws all sorts of challenges our way. Many times we give up just as we are on the verge of success.
