'Forgiveness Day'

A wife was making a breakfast, fried eggs for her husband.

Suddenly, her husband burst into the kitchen. "Careful," he said,
"CAREFUL! Put in some more butter! Oh my gosh! You're cooking too
many at once. TOO MANY! Turn them! TURN THEM NOW! We need more
butter. Oh my gosh! WHERE are we going to get MORE BUTTER?
They're going to STICK! Careful. CAREFUL! I said be CAREFUL! You
NEVER listen to me when you're cooking! Never! Turn them! Hurry
up! Are you CRAZY? Have you LOST your mind? Don't forget to salt
them. You know you always forget to salt them. Use the Salt. USE
THE SALT! THE SALT!"

The wife stared at him. "What in the world is wrong with you?
Do you think I don't know how to fry a couple of eggs?"

The husband calmly replied,

"I just wanted to show you how it feels when I'm driving.

I've shared this tip many times before, but on 'Forgiveness Day' I can't help but share it once again. If there is someone in your life who you would like to forgive, or someone you seek forgiveness from, write their name on a piece of white paper in green ink. Fold the paper in four, place it in a Mason jar (or any other lidded glass receptacle) and cover the paper with honey. Tightly close the lid once the paper is immersed. Put a small white candle either atop or directly next to the jar and light the candle every day for nine consecutive days and nights. As the candle is burning, visualize forgiveness and understanding occurring between you and this other person. Then blow the candle out. On the ninth day allow the candle to burn all the way down. Put the remains of the candle, the jar and its contents in a brown paper bag and dispose of anywhere outside your living space. Powerful cosmic forgiveness forces are now at work for you and soon you should see health and happiness infuse this relationship with healing and love......My kind of day...just saying
