Pic for future themes

Would someone make me a theme with this picture.  I just can't figure out how to make themes. lol  I would love to learn but do not know how to start.

Diane, it's finished.  It's still on my page for right now and I have it posted in my themes.  You'll notice that that the top has another design.  For people with wider & taller screens they will have a border around the picture.
