32nd Annual Honeybee Festival
The 32nd Annual Honeybee Festival runs from Sept. 30 thru Oct. 5, 2013 in Hahira, Georgia.
Friday the 4th of Oct. and Saturday the 5th of Oct. are the two main days to attend if you are from south Georgia or in this area.
Saturday is when the parade is held and this parade is one of the largest parades in south Georgia.
It is estimated that once more there will be anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 visitors visiting Hahira for the festival and many of these will be in Hahira this coming 4th of Oct. for the parade and the arts and crafts and lots of food.
This festival is supported each year with city services and employees.
If you happen to be traveling along I-75 north or south take time to take the Hahira exit and come join in the fun....from the parade to the arts and crafts to lots of good food.
