joy or sluggishness into action . Maybe I need to let
go of the need to control a situation . As I affirm , I trust

As I breath in and my mind is at peace .i breath out
and let go of stress . I notice my breath flowing into
each part of my body , my head , shoulders ,chest ,
as I breath out through my arms down to my torso ,
and all the way out the bottom of my feet , my hearts,
mind ,and soul rejuvenate in God .Spirit flows in me
with ease .

We all express ups and downs feelings waver between
elation and sorrow , hope , despair , Just a emotion
do not last forever , the situations that cause them
ultimately change as well . When I see loved one or
a stranger experiencing a difficult situation , I hold them
in prayer . Regardless of circumstances , I surround
